WHAT:  Spinning Nation 09 is the only Spinning® endorsed national fundraising event,  and equally benefits both the Lance Armstrong Foundation and Athletes for a Cure (sports fundraising initiative of the Prostate Cancer Foundation).

WHEN:  February 28th, 2009. The time and duration of the Spinning class may vary and is determined by Team Captains.

HOW:  This year, Spinning Nation will be organized by Team Captains. All participants must register online at www.spinningnation.org. There is a $35 registration fee per person until January 15, 2009 ($55 starting January 16, 2009). Registration closes February 25, 2009.  Registration includes an event t-shirt.
